Ingredients for about 20 cakes:
- 30 g wheat flour

1 egg - 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 zucchini
- salt and pepper
- clarified butter for frying
Preparation: Sift flour and
stir in milk rozkłóconym egg, salt and pepper. Grate the zucchini with thick mesh. The resulting cake mix with the zucchini. Warm pan with 1 tablespoon of clarified butter. Apply weight and fry the fritters on a low heat for 2 minutes on one side. When they are gold, knock them over and fry for about 1 - 2 minutes. Best served with garlic sauce or tzatziki.
